How long is the commitment?

The Advantage Project is a six-month program and is designed to encourage follow-up after the program is completed.

What happens after it’s done?

Quarterly or semi-annual check-ins are recommended to ensure that the principles and practices of The Advantage Project become built-in to the DNA of your organization.

• A guided program for leadership teams that will implement
  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and Working Genius for one team of up to ten people
• Personal and confidential interaction with Advantage Mill coaches
• Internal cultural health assessment with analysis and follow-up
• Six interactive team building sessions with your complete team
• Planning and strategy with senior leadership on team and individual issues with clear guidance toward effective fixes
• Bi-monthly meetings and membership in a cohort with other senior leaders to discuss best practices and strategies for solving cultural issues
• Access to Advantage Mill resources for business solutions and Strategic Planning

Fees

The Advantage Project is available to eligible businesses and NGOs for a cost of $9499

• 50% payable at engagement
• Remaining balance to be paid monthly over the course of the six months
